WINNER SELECTION. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 6, 2021 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by representatives of the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s decisions are final & binding in all respects.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS & HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE. The Sponsor will attempt to contact via e-mail, each potential Grand Prize Winner (each, a “Potential Grand Prize Winner”) between 9:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET on or about December 7, 2021. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s residential address by mail or via email, at our discretion. If the Sponsor does not receive an affirmative response from the Potential Grand Prize Winner within forty-eight (48) hours of sending its notification via e-mail, then Code Ninjas LLC will have the right to disqualify that entrant and that entrant’s entitlement to receive a prize may be forfeited and/or Code Ninjas LLC has the right to award that prize to the next runner-up in that category. As a condition of being declared the winner of a prize, the Potential Grand Prize Winner may also be required to execute and return the Sponsor’s’ standard form of release. If a Potential Grand Prize Winner does not fully comply with the foregoing requirements, the next runner-up in that Category will be selected as the Potential Grand Prize Winner and the initial selected Potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards the Code Ninjas Parties and/or any of the Sweepstakes Entities.

PRIZE DRAW PERIOD: The Code Ninjas 2021 Cyber Monday Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) begins on or around 12:01 AM Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on November 29, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on November 29, 2021 (“Prize Draw Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Prize Draw is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom (including its territories) who, at the time of entry, are age 18 years of age or older (or at least the age of majority as legally mandated by the entrant’s jurisdiction of residence if greater than 18). Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Prize Draw: (a) any person who, at any time on or after the commencement of the Prize Draw Period, was or is a director, officer, member, manager, employee, and/or agent of Code Ninjas LLC (including all subsidiaries and affiliates) (collectively the “Code Ninjas Parties”); (b) individuals engaged in the development, production, sponsorship, or distribution of materials for the promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Prize Draw (collectively the “Prize Draw Entities”), and (c) any person living in the same residence as any of the above.

You will only be automatically entered into the Prize Draw via your first Qualifying Purchase during the Prize Draw Period.

Limit of one (1) Prize Draw entry per person. Subsequent Qualifying Purchases by you during the Prize Draw Period will be disregarded for purposes of the Prize Draw and will not result in multiple entries for you. You will be able to submit an Entry Form starting on or around 9:00 AM GMT on November 29, 2021 and ending at 11:59 PM GMT on November 29, 2021 (“Entry Period”). You will need to fully complete the Entry Form during the Entry Period, which may require you to enter your name, date of birth, e-mail, phone number, mailing address, and/or other information required by the Sponsor. By successfully transmitting a completed entry form during the Entry Period as directed, you will be entered in the Prize Draw. We will hold such personal data and all other personal data provided to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data will only be used for the administration of the Prize Draw as well as for marketing and promotional purposes related to “Code Ninjas” products, services, and offerings, and you consent to such use. Limit of one (1) Prize Draw registration per person. A person may only use one (1) e-mail address to participate in the Prize Draw. Additional Entry Rules

If the identity of an online entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. The selected entrant’s may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. They may also be required to provide proof of their identity. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Prize Draw will be the Prize Draw server machine(s).
PRIZES: No purchase of any kind necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. Three (3) prizes will be awarded. The maximum retail value (“RV”) of all prizes: £500. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person or household.

WINNER SELECTION. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 6, 2021 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by representatives of the Sponsor and in accordance with the laws of chance. The Sponsor’s decisions are final & binding in all respects.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS & HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE. The Sponsor will attempt to contact via e-mail, each potential Grand Prize Winner (each, a “Potential Grand Prize Winner”) between 9:00 AM GMT and 5:00 PM GMT on or about December 7, 2021. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s residential address by mail or via email, at our discretion. If the Sponsor does not receive an affirmative response from the Potential Grand Prize Winner within forty-eight (48) hours of sending its notification via e-mail, then the Sponsor will have the right to disqualify that entrant and that entrant’s entitlement to receive a prize may be forfeited and/or the Sponsor has the right to award that prize to the next runner-up in that category. As a condition of being declared the winner of a prize, the Potential Grand Prize Winner may also be required to execute and return the Sponsor’s’ standard form of release. If a Potential Grand Prize Winner does not fully comply with the foregoing requirements, the next runner-up in that Category will be selected as the Potential Grand Prize Winner and the initial selected Potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards the Code Ninjas Parties and/or any of the Prize Draw Entities.

The Code Ninjas Parties and its Prize Draw Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding prizes for any reason outside of their control. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No interest will be paid on any prize. Any unclaimed or expired amount of a prize will not be awarded. If a Potential Grand Prize Winner is found to be ineligible, declines to accept a prize, or in the event that a prize confirmation or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: By entering, entrants: (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements; and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Prize Draw. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification.
