The "Hack-O-Lantern Hack-A-Thon" (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") is scheduled to commence on October 19th and conclude on November 1st. The Event is accessible at participating Code Ninjas locations.

Eligibility
All enrolled Ninjas at participating Code Ninjas locations are eligible to participate in the Event.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration
To register for the Event, inquire at your local participating Code Ninjas location for more details. While there is no mandatory registration fee, participants are encouraged to make a suggested donation to support Extra Life, the Children’s Miracle Network, and the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.
Submission Guidelines
All game submissions should be centered around a Halloween theme. All games must be submitted following the instructions provided at participating Code Ninjas locations.
Prizes
All finalists will have the opportunity to have their game played by DrLupo on a live stream. Prizes will be sent to the winners' homes or distributed via their local Code Ninjas location.
Intellectual Property
Participants retain the intellectual property rights of their submitted games.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner, demonstrating integrity and courtesy to judges, organizers, and fellow participants. Harassment, cheating, or any other offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification and/or banning from future events.
Liability and Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and judges from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including attorney’s fees) arising out of their participation in this event. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property that may occur during the event.
Privacy and Publicity
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of conducting and promoting the Hack-O-Lantern Hack-A-Thon and GameJam. By participating, individuals grant the organizers permission to use their names, likenesses, and submissions for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Games will be evaluated based on their originality, adherence to the Halloween theme, and overall creativeness. The judging panel will consist of members from the Code Ninjas Marketing and Education teams, along with a guest judge, DrLupo, a popular video game streamer.
