Justin has been with Code Ninjas Halifax for over three years and has shown great potential. Justin's Black Belt game, Jump, evolved throughout its development, demonstrating that game development is a continuous process. The final product is a multi-level platforming game with different modes of movement, such as sprinting, wall-running, and jumping. We hope to see more amazing work from Justin in the future!

Annalia was the first ninja to join Code Ninjas Chanhassen when the center opened. She has worked tirelessly through the belts and has also become a Code Sensei! If you ever stop by, you'll be sure to see Annalia with a smile on her face and a mint in her pocket for you! In Annalia’s project, Iceee Creme, the user must complete ice cream orders while avoiding obstacles in the kitchen in later levels. Try and complete as many orders as you can!

Filip Kupiec
Filip has been a strong coder at Code Ninjas for the last four years. He likes to build games that cater to all age groups and that showcase his creativity. His Black Belt project, Chef Ninja Frenzy, is a fun, all ages game where the user takes on the role of working at a fast-food joint. The user must complete several orders within a certain amount of time to advance to the next level. The winner gets awarded a paid job at the restaurant.

Jackson has enjoyed his time at Code Ninjas London for 3 years. He works through building games with great drive and applied the same work ethic while creating his Black Belt project, The Racing Formula. Being an avid fan of F1 racing, he wanted to create a game that would let others experience his passion for the sport. The project highlights many aspects of racing with a variety of track layouts, lengths, and complexities. Race around the track and aim for a new best time!

Caleb has been attending Code Ninjas since his location first opened. During this time, Caleb has shown focus and determination by always taking the time to add details to his projects. Caleb’s Black Belt project, Spheria, is a 3D platformer game where the user plays as a golf ball and must overcome obstacles in order to obtain the Sphere of Influence.

Nam Nguyen
Nam has been with Code Ninjas for about 3.5 years! Throughout his experience at Code Ninjas, he has learned so much about coding, project management, critical thinking, and other important skills. In his project, Apocalypse, Nam used his skills to create a zombie survival first person shooter. The game gets progressively harder and keeps track of the points the user earns between sessions, so they can come back and keep playing whenever they’d like!

Nicole is a creative, determined, and funny individual who spends her free time participating in sports, arts, and coding. Her project, Antidote, is a unique story-driven rhythm game where you are sent back 30 years into the past to save the future from an illness. To progress through the game, you must tap keys with the correct timing. Each level gets progressively harder!

Shriyans Ghosh
Shriyans has been at Code Ninjas for 3.5 years and has applied the acquired programming and problem-solving skills to develop his Black Belt project, Regular Runner, a game that combines the platformer and speed run genres. Shriyans aspires to major in Computer Science for his college education and looks forward to applying math and algorithm design to develop cyber security solutions that will protect networked transactions. After finishing Black Belt, Shriyans will give back by continuing to motivate fellow Ninjas through mentorship and internships at Code Ninjas Palos Verdes.

Ugur has been at Code Ninjas for 1.5 years. He is dedicated to coding and enjoys creating games in both Unity and Roblox in his free time. His Black Belt project, Escape the Nightmare, sees players surviving for as long as they can whilst using different weapons from the shop, all while trying to get a high score.

Andrew has been at his local Code Ninjas since their grand opening, and his dry sense of humor has always been a pleasure to have in the Dojo. He has a passion for learning and is very focused on his goals. His game, Breakthrough, is a classic side-scrolling platformer that takes its inspiration from games such as Alien Hominid and Castle Crashers. Players win by defeating the Reds in each of the 4 levels. Good luck!

Misha has been with Code Ninjas Scottsdale for 4 years. He is a creative, brilliant, persevering Ninja who always strives to improve his development skills in and out of the Dojo. His Black Belt game, Punk’d, is a multiplayer steampunk shooter with an assortment of weapons players can use to clash with each other over LAN. Misha is continuing to develop more games while working as a Code Sensei teaching kids the same concepts he learned as a Ninja. Alex Mitera
Alex’s first experience with coding in Roblox Studio led him to sign up at Code Ninjas, where he has been for the past 2 years. His Black Belt project, Dream Swing, requires a player to swing between different platforms, in order to progress through multiple levels. The hardest part of developing the game was implementing physics; the game involved trigonometry, which he taught himself, and calculus concepts, which he learned from a Code Sensei. Now that he has achieved his Black Belt, Alex will start mentoring younger ninjas with their projects.
