Alison Wong

Alison is one of the founding Ninjas at Code Ninjas Markham, beginning her journey in 2021. Over the years, she has shown tremendous growth in her programming skills, particularly in her pursuit of the Black Belt. Her Black Belt game, Kirby Wonderland, is a captivating 3D adventure platformer where players complete tasks to assist various NPCs. Alison dedicated a lot of effort to the design and aesthetics, resulting in a visually stunning magical wonderland.

Atticus Stewart

Watching Atticus develop his Black Belt project, Cinematic Error, was inspiring to everyone at Code Ninjas Sandy, seeing him build his game from an empty Unity world to a fully-fledged 2D game! He developed all of the animations himself, demonstrating his commitment to making the game truly his own.

Aiden McQueen

Aiden started his coding journey at the age of 10 at Code Ninjas London. He loves golf, which motivated him to create his Black Belt game, Golf Tour, where you are a golfer who must plan strategically to get your ball in the hole in the least amount of strokes possible. Aiden enjoyed his experiences at Code Ninjas, whether it be having someone playtest his game, or just working alongside one of his amazing Code Senseis! He is super excited and enthusiastic to present his final project for you to enjoy.

DEFEAT THE SENSEI

Michael Yagop

Michael got the idea for his Black Belt project, Defeat The Sensei, after talking to another Ninja about a Sensei boss fight. The game consists of 3 unique levels with different Sensei boss fights. It is short but challenging, in the style of an older arcade game. It may feel endless, but there is an end that will be a challenge for players.

Aidan Li

Aidan started coding when he was just 7 years old. His Black Belt project, Cosmic Combat, is a game where you control an astronaut stranded in space. The objective is to progress through various levels earning money to buy crates to enhance your performance in endless mode. Apart from coding, Aidan loves playing soccer competitively, enjoys playing the piano, and spends time playing video games with friends. He aims to build a career in technology in the future.

In Larry's Black Belt project, Fight Them or Something (FTOS), your late pops upset Big Red and his gang, so now you gotta fight back against him and his ugly goons!

SPACE CUBE COMBAT

Sho Fukano

Sho has been a part of the Code Ninjas Northern Valley family since December 2019. Throughout his time at Code Ninjas, he has grown his skills and passion for coding, culminating in his Black Belt game, Space Cube Combat. In this game, you fly through space, shooting enemies while being able to play either individually or with a friend. During the game, you collect different power-ups, each featuring different powers and abilities, to help you get the highest score possible.

Rithwik Mishra

Rithwik has been learning coding at Code Ninjas Weddington / Indian Trail for the past 4 years, exhibiting a high level of maturity and responsibility. His Black Belt project, 2 Player Bowling, was inspired by his mom and he has put in many hours of hard work trying to perfect it, even learning 3D modeling. Rithwik's sister Iraa is also currently submitting her Black Belt project.

Jungi Ko

Jungi's Black Belt project, Raging Birds 3D, is inspired by the game Angry Birds. This game will bring back your old memories of the good old sling shot bird days! Jungi is planning to keep updating this game in the future.

SHORTSTOP SHOWDOWN

Virat Shrihari

Virat has been attending Code Ninjas College Station since he was 5 years old. His Black Belt project, Shortstop Showdown, combines his love for gaming and baseball. The game allows users to experience the baseball outfield as they practice catches and help the team by saving runs. For a fun experience, keep the audio on. Outside of coding, Virat is a swimmer who is ranked both at the state and the national levels, and loves stocks and finance and manages his own small investment portfolio.

Nathaniel Marciani

For his Black Belt project, Granpage, Nate made a game about a crazy, reckless, and wild grandpa that finds his way into wild situations. In his game, you play as a grandpa and go on an epic adventure to get some eggs for breakfast. You'll weave your way through cars, moose named Dave, and other wild obstacles! This game is pretty challenging... Good Luck :)

Oliver Su

Oliver worked hard on his Black Belt project, Fleet, a game where you fly a bomber jet to defeat ships below you. Oliver has been working on this for a while, and he's excited to finally earn his Black Belt!

Krishiv Chekit Mehta

Krishiv has been coming to Code Ninjas Long Grove since it first opened up in 2019. He has steadily grown his interest in coding throughout the years, culminating in his Black Belt game Did I Axe. This is a fun, colorful brand-new take on axe throwing like you've never seen before! Try to hit the three targets, dodge the growing number of cubes blocking your shots, and remember that the green and blue quarks are always on your side!

POLAND'S PIZZARIA

Anthony Chaves

Anthony has been going to Code Ninjas Ponte Vedra Beach for about two years now and finally gets to share his black belt game! Poland's Pizzaria is a first-person cooking simulator where you have to make pizza for nations around the world! Italy (naturally) will tell you all about the pizza making process if you choose to do the tutorial. This game was originally made in Roblox Studio but Anthony felt that idea had promise to be a great full experience in Unity.

For his Black Belt project, Rhys created an amazing RPG that brings you into the world of Zuderthal! He is an amazingly creative and smart Ninja that has consistently come up with new and innovative ideas. Everyone at Code Ninjas Westfield is proud of the game he has completed!

ANOTHER SWARM GAME

Oliver Su

Oliver's Black Belt project, Another Swarm Game, is an interpretation of the popular game Vampire Survivors. The goal is to survive as long as possible, while the ninja must be able to fight off ghosts for as long as they can. The game spent more than a year in development, where it underwent multiple iterations before reaching the final design.

CRYPTIC PHOTOGRAPHY

Jack Lanifero

Jack has been with Code Ninjas Ponte Vedra for about one year. He is one of the first Ninjas to earn their Black Belt at Code Ninjas Ponte Vedra. Jack's Black Belt project, Cryptic Photography, is a psychological horror game where the player is tasked with taking pictures of a monster in a forest. It features custom pixel art, created by Jack himself, as well as a store and different power ups, making it extremely replayable.

For his Black Belt project, Plan Z: Outbreak, Liam choose to create a first person shooter game inspired by Call of Duty Black Ops 3. Liam added his own inspirations.

Lauren has been a Ninja for several years working hard to get to earn her Black Belt. Lauren's final project is a challenging 10-level game called Rainbow Run.

FLOOR IS LAVA

Noah Cho

Noah has been attending Code Ninjas Wellesley since its opening in 2019. He has always been particular about his work, seeking to make very refined games at the center. The Floor is Lava is a 3D platformer / Adventure game. The player must complete each level before time runs out and they are burned by the lava! If the player makes it through the challenging jumps and avoids dangerous objects, they will have to defeat the boss at the end!

THE RAGDOLL ADVENTURE

Jason Sim

Jason is the first Black Belt at Code Ninjas La Habra to finish their game. Jason's Black Belt project, The Ragdoll Adventure, is a game about getting a ragdoll to a goal by dragging certain blocks. There are 20 levels using physics to move the ragdoll.

Dexter Banfill

Dexter's Black Belt project, Telekineticube, is a 2D platformer where the player can move around with telekinesis. Dexter actually spent a lot of time developing a completely different project that was really complicated, but switched his game idea halfway through to be more simple. He put quite a lot of effort into the current game, designing all of the models and most of the assets using Blender.

COLLISION KICK OFF

Asiya Kassam

Asiya has been with Code Ninjas Surrey since the it's opening, and has always been willing to learn new things and challenge herself to solve problems on her own. Her Black Belt project, Collision Kick-Off, is inspired by a game she found on the App Store. The goal is to combine the same sports balls together to form higher ones, all while getting points! Since her favorite sport is Soccer, the final ball, and primary goal of the game, is a soccer ball.

Erik is an innovative Ninja who comes up with fantastic ideas, takes initiative to improve his code, and is always helping others. Everyone at Code Ninjas Westfield is so proud of Erik and the amazing Black Belt project, Food Hop, he has created. We can't wait to see what he comes up with in the future!

Alex's Black Belt project, Soccer Goalie, is a 3D game in which the player acts as the goalie trying to defend the goal while gaining currency per shot saved. This game features an item shop which changes the cosmetic qualities of the goalie gloves. We hope you enjoy Alex's game!

Owen Karkkainen

Owen has been a loved member of Code Ninjas Broomfield for over 4 years. Every Sensei has gotten to know him over the years, and he has consistently blown us away with the quality of his work. His Black Belt game, GalacTech, is a retro, space-themed, fast-paced arcade game. In this game, players enjoy an intense battle through the outer reaches of our galaxy, dodging relentless waves of enemies forging on in the thrill of the unknown. Whilst these waves of treacherous alien entities bombard the player's defenses, they have a chance to achieve higher and higher scores.

Sukhbir Singh

Sukhbir embarked on a two-year journey at Code Ninjas to bring his imagination to life through game development. With unwavering passion, he crafted his Black Belt project, The Stickman Adventure, a platform shooter where a stranded stickman battles the formidable "chads" on an alien world to retrieve his scattered rocketship pieces. Through countless hours of coding and creativity, Sukhbir culminated his adventure with an epic showdown against "Giga Chad" to secure the final piece to escape the extraterrestrial realm.

Zak Pleban

Zak has been coding for the past three years and is Code Ninjas Collierville’s first Black Belt. His Black Belt project combines his interest in scuba diving with game making. Dive Guy is a 2-D mobile game featuring a scuba diver who dodges obstacles and collects oxygen tanks while descending deep into the ocean. Zak also enjoys working at his Center as a Junior Sensei.

CODEY'S ISLAND ADVENTURE

Andrew Natale

Andrew's Black Belt project, Codey’s Island Adventure, is about a dragon that takes over an island and your helper, named Helper, gives you tools to save the island! Traverse through different levels and use your tools to your advantage! Andrew enjoyed creating this game due to the amount of creativity that comes with creating a coding project.

Anderson Tam

Anderson's Black Belt project, Starscape, is a runner/platform style game set in the deep void of outer space. This exhilarating project features dangerous aliens, flying UFOs, and futuristic soundtracks that will leave you wanting more! Leap across platforms towards the cosmic frontier in this thrilling interstellar adventure!
